Synergy Associates, a premier distributor of HPE Renew servers, storage, and network equipment for the United States, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in generating qualified lead sales opportunities and supporting all sales development with the lead qualification process. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to generate new leads and close sales, while maintaining clear articulation of business themes and messaging.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Outbound prospect qualification and account research (25 connects per week)
- Inbound prospect qualification and follow-up
- Generating new leads and closing sales
- Qualifying all leads
- Supporting all sales of Synergy Associates equipment to customers and prospects
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer databases
- Providing regular reports to management on a timely basis
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate business themes and messaging
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
