Synergy Associates, a leader in the distribution of HPE Renew servers, storage, and network equipment for the United States, seeks a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in generating qualified lead sales opportunities and supporting all sales development with the lead qualification process. You will work closely with our sales team to generate new leads and close sales, while maintaining clear articulation of business themes and messaging.
**Responsibilities:**
- Outbound prospect qualification and account research (25 connects per week)
- Inbound prospect qualification and follow-up
- Generating new leads and closing sales
- Qualifying all leads
- Supporting all sales of Synergy Associates equipment to customers and prospects
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer databases
- Providing regular reports to management on a timely basis
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate business themes and messaging
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and tasks
