About the Role:
As a Remodeling Technician, you will play a key role in the execution of our remodeling projects. You will work closely with our Site Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure every project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Independently perform hands on remodeling tasks according to project plans and specifications.
- Prepare job sites with required site protection and maintain them throughout the project.
- Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and inspectors.
- Document project progress using Buildertrend software (daily logs, task updates, and photo uploads).
- Identify and report discrepancies or special conditions to the Project Manager.
- Provide Project Manager with accurate material list
- Maintain timely, precise records of work hours using TimeClock App
Qualification:
- Proven skills in remodeling and construction with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Buildertrend certification (Field Crew and Site Superintendent) upon onboarding.
- OSHA 10 certification within 6 months of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
