Key duties include planning, configuring, securing, and maintaining server infrastructure, operating systems, and related components across the organization. Responsibilities include server maintenance, backup processes, capacity planning, and managing systems like Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, AWS, and others. The role requires analyzing hardware performance, enforcing security protocols, supporting 1,200 users, and coordinating disaster recovery efforts. Additional tasks include training IT staff, maintaining network documentation, and ensuring adherence to IT policies.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, fluency in English and Spanish, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in areas like LAN systems, network maintenance, and user security management. Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues, managing server environments, and supporting IT operations is essential. Evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or address critical issues.
