We are currently accepting applications for a Wound Care Nurse for a skilled nursing facility in Brenham, TX
Job Duties
- Record patients’ medical records and monitor vital signs
- Administer patient medications and treatments, the monitor for side effects and reactions
- Act as patient advocate and educate patients’ and their families regarding diagnoses, care plans, etc.
- Prepare patients for exams and treatment
- Active, unrestricted Texas or compact nursing license required
- Active BLS from the American Heart Association required
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program required
- RN coverage shift
