What you’ll be doing:
In the Spring/Summer months this position performs a custom applicator role. Responsibilities include accurately applying agricultural chemicals and fertilizers by safely operating and maintaining agriculture equipment including but not limited to sprayers, spreaders and trucks. You can expect to mix, load, and apply pesticides/fertilizers, provide superior customer service and maintain customer rapport while working efficiently and having fun! This position also performs an exciting variety of tasks on non-application days which may include such things as warehouse maintenance and/or location grounds and equipment maintenance and/or assisting other departments as needed.
In the Winter months, this position may be responsible for other truck driving duties as needed. You can expect to provide superior customer service, work efficiently, and ensure on-time deliveries safely while having fun!

Qualifications
We’re Looking for:
- Commercial Chemical Applicators License (Synergy is willing to help you obtain)
- Valid Class A CDL (Synergy is willing to help you obtain)
- A good driving record
- Agriculture background with related experience operating agriculture equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions with extended work hours in peak season
Extra awesome if you have:
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Education background in an agriculture related field of study
