Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Sr. UX Designer with strong background in User Experience to join our team! Here you will focus on understanding brand, market and consumer needs, providing support in the connection of leading-edge digital experinces. You'll focus on the overall usability of consumer facing experiences throughout various touchpoints, but also go through providing insights and strategic recommendations that would result in the use and creation of purposeful, functional and quality experiences.Responsibilities : Provide strategic, tactical thinking and executions in support of digital initiatives, spanning multiple channelsSupport brand content creation through the lens of UX, instilling patterns and recommendations of types of most fitting content to use through all consumer touchpoints with alignment and consistency (a collaborative process between UX, brand and digital strategy and creative).Ideate and support experiences through the lens of UX; considering business strategies, content and media awareness, user research and overall customer experience, to reach success.Qualifications : Experience working in an AgencyDiverse experience in the digital space with an emphasis on digital experiences (web, app, products, etc.).Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on UX, CX, UCD, IxD and / or equivalent experience.Experience and / or familiarity with similar software / platform titles as : Sketch, InVision, UserTesting.com, Hotjar, Adobe Target, Overflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.A professional portfolio of work showing experience creating user-centered designs.Understanding, experimentation, and / or experience with bleeding edge solutions such as AI (Machine Learning), AR, VR, MR, Voice, etc.
