What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Administrator - Daytona, FL position at Synergy Equipment?
The Credit Administrator position is responsible for processing all credit applications including pulling credit reports and calling trade references, reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Tax-Exempt Certificates, and full administrative support of the Credit Department, Sales and Branch Operations teams.
Essential F unctions
- Responsible for processing all new credit applications and upon approval establishing and linking the account within our Dealer and Rental systems
- Research trade references including pulling credit reports and calling references
- Monitor entire company aging identifying adverse collection issues and recommending appropriate actions to minimize credit risk
- Responsible for ensuring customers have proper insurance coverage and maintaining the files
- Responsible for maintaining customer records and updating any changes to accounts in our systems
- Full administrative support to the Credit Department, Sales Team and Branch Operations
- Tracking and reporting of credit applications for Sales Management team on a monthly basis
- Tracking and entry of other Credit Dept expenses including legal fees
