Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, addressing both acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Utilize a holistic, integrative approach to diagnose and treat patients, incorporating both traditional and complementary therapies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and long-term health management.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and alternative treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all medical documentation standards.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, promoting ongoing engagement in their healthcare journey.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution within the United States.
- Current or ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the state of Minnesota
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Meet thresh hold criteria for credentialing.
- Strong interest and experience in holistic or integrative medicine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on patient education and empathy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Active, unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in Minnesota (or eligibility for licensure in the state).
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
