Qualifications
*Experience in managing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), surveys, and operational metrics.
*Familiarity with key performance indicators in behavioral health
*Knowledge of outcomes measurement specific to behavioral health settings.
*Experience managing data projects, including setting timelines and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
*Proficiency in using EHR platforms and tools for data extraction and analysis.
Job Description:
1. Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and QA team to understand their data needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
2. Review, clean and analyze data for patterns and trends
3. Prepare reports on data findings
4. Structure large data sets to meet reporting needs
5. Ensure that the data collected is accurate , complete, and up to date
6. Use data to identify gaps or disparities in care to improve service delivery and quality of care
7. Create visual representation using tools like Google sheets/Excel to communicate insights effectively
8. Other duties as assigned
Salary : $35 - $45
