Job Responsibilities
- Identify operational trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement
- Review and optimize workflows to support efficient and effective processes.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align operational goals with administrative, clinical
and financial objectives - Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the C Team
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree social services, business administration, or related field
- Two or more years experience in an operations management role
- Knowledge of community based mental and behavioral health service
- Strong analytical and program evaluation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, with the ability to work on
multiple projects and priorities.
