Outdoor Living Installation Technician

Synergy Florida’s Outdoor Living is looking for you! We are looking for the right candidates that want to join our team in building Florida’s leading industry of custom outdoor kitchens, fire, and water features.

As an Installation Tech, you will:

· Start out earning $17- $27/hr. based upon experience

· Earn pay raises over time, as you demonstrate your ability to successfully and efficiently complete projects

• Be provided with training and experience to grow your knowledge
• Assist the Project Manager and team to provide quality installations to our builders and customers
• Work full-time / 40-50 hours per week

Required Knowledge and Skills:

· Cabinet Installation

· Frame Carpentry

· Trim Carpentry

· Countertop Fabrication/Installation

· Outdoor Kitchen/Living Installation Experience

· Install Countertops/Granite/Fabricator

· Interior/Exterior Wall Framing

· Install Tile, Stone Walls, and Fireplace inserts

· Beginners knowledge on reading blueprints

· Ability to work from shop drawings

Qualified candidates MUST:

• Be able to take direction and work well with others.
• Pass a drug test and a background check
• Have reliable transportation; valid Florida driver’s license is a plus

· Be familiar with construction environment and safety procedures

• Be available to work a full time schedule

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to frequently bend, climb, crawl, lift, twist, and turn
• Must be able to work from ladders with arms extended overhead for extended periods of time
• Must be able work outside in Florida elements; hot and cold climates, humidity
