Detail and quality oriented
5 years of residential project management in outdoor living installations
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job specifications, job scope, costing, collecting deposits, and remaining funds at the end of the job
- Allocate resources to ensure job requirements are met (efficiency & productivity)
- Responsible for job site and ODL team member safety; following and adhering to construction safety at job sites as well as use of tools (manual, power)
- Conduct performance appraisal to ensure the goals of the department are being met the ODL team
- Conduct coaching sessions and document when needed
- Position the department for success
- Plan the work according to the priority standard so that the job can be completed within established budget and time frame
- Create scope of work which provides a budget, timeline, and keeps cost overruns to a minimum
- Travel to job sites as required
- Collect deposits, interim, and final payments from homeowners

Expert installer skills:
- Cabinets
- Countertops / Granite
- Interior/ Exterior Wall Framing
- Tile, Stone Walls, and Fireplace inserts
Construction Knowledge
- Estimate jobs, provide accurate quotes
- Must be able to read construction documents
- Work from shop drawings
- Read/ interpret design drawings to install cabinetry and stonework products
- Floor plans
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of houses as related to Outdoor Living installation
Must be able to use the following tools:

- Handheld Router
- Table saw
- Miter saw
- Importance of being exact and accurate
