Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
- Supervise on-site activities, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in estimating costs and preparing project proposals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project management or a related role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
