Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized care and support to patients, assisting them with activities of daily living, such as:
- Personal Care: Assisting with hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and snacks based on dietary needs and preferences.
- Companionship: Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments.
- Household Support: Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Medication Reminders: Offering support with prescribed medications and routines.
- Physical Assistance: Helping with range of motion exercises and blood glucose monitoring.
- Mobility Support: Using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
- Hospice Support: Providing compassionate care to hospice patients.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and care.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs daily.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is a plus (Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PSW, Nurse, etc.).
