Responsibilities :
Managing the recruiting process for new CareGivers.
Completing the necessary steps of the recruiting and hiring process, such as background screenings, reference checks, and collecting documents.
Conducting employee orientations and training.
Manage incoming phone calls.
Run employee schedules and fill time-off requests.
The primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. This includes a one hour lunch.
Requirements :
Experience —Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions is required. Two years of experience in the home care field is preferred. Caregiving experience is required.
Education – High school diploma required. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Characteristics —This is an autonomous position. We're looking for self-motivated individuals willing to learn and grow with us.
