Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Valid Driver’s License

• Valid Automobile Insurance

• Reliable vehicle for travel to/from assigned visits

• CPR and First Aid Certifications

• Experience is preferred but not required

• Successful completion of a criminal background check is a prerequisite for this position
