Minimum Requirements :
18 years of age or older
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Automobile Insurance
Reliable vehicle for travel to / from assigned visits
CPR and First Aid Certifications
Experience is preferred but not required
Successful completion of a criminal background check is a prerequisite for this position
