Overview
We are seeking a Director of Growth and Marketing to lead and grow our new business practice while overseeing marketing initiatives. This high-profile role will work closely with the leadership team and senior clients to drive business development and execute a strategic marketing vision.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
- Lead and manage the proposal process, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions for client needs.
- Oversee the business development pipeline and CRM (Copper), ensuring efficient management of multiple work streams.
- Develop RFP briefings and strategic growth plans in partnership with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, facilitating seamless transitions from prospecting to project kickoff.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute the content calendar and channel strategy, managing platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and the company website.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of thought leadership and content, leveraging design and copy support as needed.
- Maintain the website with updates on case studies and news in collaboration with external developers.
- Manage virtual and in-person events to enhance the company's profile as a creative and strategy consultancy.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- 7–12 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment with a proven track record in business development and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from concept to execution across diverse project types.
- Expertise in platforms such as Mailchimp, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google SEM, Zoom Webinars, and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced degree preferred but not required.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
