Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (On-site, Chicago)

What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of projects, driving decisions and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
- Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
- Strong back-end skills: PHP/Laravel, Go, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS).
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android).
- Experience with desktop development (MacOS, Windows).
- Experience working with video content creators.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
