PRODUCTION LINE MACHINE OPERATOR: NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS

SynergyLabs is seeking to fill a position for a PRODUCTION LINE MACHINE OPERATOR: NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS for its’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located near Hickory, North Carolina. This role is responsible for operating assigned machine(s) at it’s optimal level to assure quality product is produced. This is a day shift position, 6pm - 6am, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; work 36 hours, pay for 40.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Performs weekly CILs (clean, inspect, lubricate) and maintains validation matrix
- Performs machine set-ups, changeovers, and cleaning
- Manages fault recovery process
- Troubleshoot machine errors
- Assists in component handling from staging
- Ensures equipment is free from any possible contamination sources
- Cross-training with co-workers on other machines in department
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control
- Perform the basic preventative maintenance of the equipment being used in the work areas and perform minor maintenance to assigned equipment
- Identifies when a non-conforming product is detected and ensure that immediate actions are taken
REQUIREMENTS:
- Firm understanding of safety requirements including lock-out-tag-out
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated machine operation experience
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Ability to successfully pass a timed mechanical aptitude test
- Solid understanding of mathematic principles
- Ability to use basic hand tools while changing out heavy parts (50 pounds)
- Working knowledge of assembly and packaging requirements and techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 per hour
