About The Role
Synergy Management Group (SMG) is a consulting firm that partners with institutional investors portfolio companies and growing businesses. We collaborate with toptier organizations in private equity and venture capital to drive growth through sourcing due diligence operations and strategic exits.
We are executing a fasttrack seedstage capital raise and are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to lead this fundraising effort. This role involves developing investor materials targeting highnetworth investors and managing the entire capital raise process from start to finish in collaboration with the CEO.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Capital Raise : Spearhead a seedstage fundraising round ($250K $500K) by managing the entire capital raise cycle from developing investor materials to closing deals.
- Investor Outreach & Negotiation : Target and engage elite highnetworth investors. Present investment opportunities and negotiate deal terms.
- Develop Investor Materials : Refine and leverage SMG s existing assets to create compelling comprehensive investor materials (pitch deck use of proceeds financials).
- Strategic Planning : Define strategy for fundraising including targeting the right investors and identifying optimal deal structures.
