- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Additional Requirements:
- 1 years of the food industry, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; identifying the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Understand and practice all compliance rules and regulations
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Be able to answer any and all customer inquiries
- Open to a flexible work schedule
- Candidates must be over eighteen years of age and eligible to work in the United States
