General Laborer-Mfg. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift needed!!

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various production processes, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, tests, stamps, rivets and crimps
• Wraps and packs a variety of steel cookware
• Sets up work centers
• Sets up and operates spot welders and others
• Operates punch presses, shrink wraps, small drill press and blank sanding machines
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and factory areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

• Experience working on an assembly line or in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Shift Premium

• 2nd shift premium = $3.00/hour
• 3rd shift premium = $3.50/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.97 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
