Human Resources Manager

Job Description

High Respected Heavy Civil Contractor is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to direct all of their human resource activities. The selected candidate will work closely with executive management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Employee relations, including handling of personnel complaints and grievances.
• Administration of the Employee Benefits program and payroll.
• HR Generalist Functions.
  
  

Qualification Requirements:

• This person must have at least 5-7 years‘ experience as an HR Manager.
• Construction related experience is preferred but not required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  
  

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/year, depending on experience plus healthcare benefits, 401K.
