Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager for metals, plastics, and additive processes at Synergy Prototype Stamping, LLC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Promote all Synergy companies' services to potential clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in sales and business development in the defense and automotive manufacturing industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of metals, plastics, and additive manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
