Join our dynamic team driving Frontier's exciting expansion of High-speed Fiber Internet across 25 states, aiming for 10 million locations by 2025. Our Outside Sales Representatives connect with customers through B2B outreach to provided leads and D2D initiatives including canvassing, events, and retail promotions.

The Ideal Candidate:

You thrive in customer interaction, enjoy working outdoors, and are motivated by an uncapped commission and bonus structure. We provide comprehensive training to equip our full-time Sales Representatives for success. We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to represent Frontier Communications Inc. as Outside Sales Representatives.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily virtual or in-person team training.
  • Conduct door-to-door residential outside sales.
  • Build your sales pipeline through qualified leads and in-person presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and support with your team.
  • Track and manage sales, follow-ups, and client data daily in our CRM.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and driven closer with a goal of $75k first-year earnings.
  • Proficient and comfortable with current technology (required).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Desire for career growth within the company.
  • Previous direct sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (required).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop your sales funnel using qualified leads and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with your team.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and manage your sales activities, follow-ups, and client information daily.
