Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide accounting operations
- Oversee treasury, AR/AP, inventory, taxes, fixed assets
- Coordinate audit and compliance processes
- Deliver GAAP-compliant reporting
- Drive ERP and internal control improvements
- Scale team and infrastructure in line with company growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA required
- 10 years in accounting; 7 in leadership roles
- Retail/multi-location & inventory experience preferred
- Adept ERP Skills a Plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial reporting systems
- Public accounting experience (regional/national firm) preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
