Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs) and related financial statements
🔹 Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
🔹 Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards
🔹 Support the external audit process and maintain strong internal controls
🔹 Collaborate across departments on financial reporting and analysis
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1-3 years of accounting experience (Big 4/public accounting preferred)
✔ CPA or CPA in progress required
✔ Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting
✔ Experience in real estate or REIT accounting is a plus
