Assembly Technician

Seeking an Assembly Technician with expertise in pneumatics, precision gauges, and wire crimping for high-precision product assembly.

Requirements:

• Proven assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems and precision gauges.
• Skilled in wire crimping, electrical components, and epoxy applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Use pneumatic tools and precision gauges for proper tolerances.
• Crimp wires, connectors, and apply epoxy for bonding/sealing.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Document and report process inconsistencies or improvements.
