We are seeking experienced IT Application Support/Application Maintenance Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in SAP IS-U CCS, SAP MDM, SAP Basis, and Data Power. You will be responsible for providing expert support and maintenance across these areas, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and maintenance for SAP IS-U CCS modules, including Billing, FICA, Customer Management, Device Management, and Print Workbench.
- Manage and support SAP MDM and SAP Basis.
- Utilize Data Power for effective application integration and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Required Skills and Experience:
Requirements
- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in IT Application Support/Application Maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U CCS, SAP MDM, SAP Basis, and Data Power.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work Location Requirement:
- This position requires working on-site at our Carney’s Point, NJ location for 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). Candidates must be willing and able to comply with this requirement as part of their application.
