What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Safety and Health Officer position at Synergy Solutions?
Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of site safety on construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Implement project plans and safety protocalls
- Coordinate with subcontractors, contractors and ownership to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor quality of work to ensure adherence to safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on jobsite status and addressing any questions or concerns
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmen
Requirements:
- OSHA30
- First Aid CPR.
- USACE or NAVFAC
- Construction Safety experience
- Federal Contracts experience
- QC Certification is highly desirable.
