Duties
- Post and code accounts payable
- Update and maintain vendor files
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers
- Match purchase orders
- Obtain W9 information from new vendors
- Month end reconciliations
- Update customer information in the system
- Assist with any other accounting duties as needed.
