What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Synergy Staffing?
Looking for an experience AP Specialist to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Harmony, PA.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum 4 years Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing or similar industry environment
- Strong understanding of AP general ledger and inventory transactions
- Must have experience with ERP systems
- Any type of inventory experience is a huge plus
Essential Duties:
- Complete supplier credit applications and coordinate vendor onboarding for shared service business units.
- Process expenses and PO-related invoices, manage the AP mailbox, and handle check runs.
- Support with vendor setup and integration tasks.
