The Role

You'll be a Customer Experience Coordinator who supports our growing Sales Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building customer rapport, and enjoy problem solving, then we need you ! The ideal candidate for this role is independent, a fast learner, personable, and tech-savvy.

You will be expected to work 40 to 50 hours per week with a compensation starting at $55,000 per year, with opportunities for unlimited incentives. Job Description

  • Process incoming calls, collect customer information, schedule appointments
  • Make outgoing call to schedule and confirm maintenance appointments Follow-up on existing opportunities in the pipeline (to bring opportunities to conclusion)
  • Process customer payments
  • Gather customer reviews and feedback and share findings with team
  • Advise customers of benefits of becoming a service partner
  • Introduce active promotions to clients
  • Communicate with technicians and sales reps to ensure accurate reporting
  • Daily meetings with operations to plan and review work pipelines
