GRAPHIC DESIGNER
We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer, and we are looking for a GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join our Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for designing compelling digital and print assets for SynergyLabs’ portfolio of pet brands, ensuring consistency, creativity, and effectiveness across all marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, branding, and layout, with experience in social media graphics, digital ads, and email. This position is in-office in our Fort Lauderdale, FL corporate office.

We manufacture our best-in-class grooming products, supplements, dental hygiene, shed control and much more and our owned state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Carolina.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Branding & Visual Design
- Create on-brand marketing materials for SynergyLabs’ brands, including digital and print assets.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetic while maintaining consistency.
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns, new product launches, and social media initiatives.
Digital & Social Media Content
· Design engaging graphics for social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Support paid media campaigns with compelling ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon.
- Collaborate with the social and content teams to create high-impact visuals that drive engagement.
Print & Packaging Design
- Assist in the development of product packaging, labels, and in-store displays.
- Prepare print files and work with vendors to ensure high-quality production.
- Adapt existing designs for different product sizes, regions, or retail requirements.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with the Art Manager, Marketing, and Product Development teams to execute creative needs.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, pet industry aesthetics, and new marketing techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in CPG, retail, or pet products.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for social media, web, and print materials.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
