Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our project team. This role involves leading, managing, and executing a range of IT infrastructure and server / M365 projects for our clients while upholding exceptional service standards and technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement IT infrastructure projects for numerous clients, including M365 and on-premises Windows Server environments, system migrations, network deployments, and security upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and detailed implementation plans.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress.
- Perform technical assessments and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
- Establish and maintain robust security measures to safeguard client data and systems.
- Configure and manage cloud platforms such as M365 EntraID / Azure, InTune MDM, Sharepoint, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
