What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead a small agile team of 2-3 engineers responsible for post-silicon electrical validation and debug on mixed-signal PCIe SerDes IP
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Oversee and contribute to the development of evaluation scripts, validating circuit block behavior, evaluating results, and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environment
- Manage schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of validation activities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop test plans and analysis
- Continuously improve validation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
