You Are:

You are a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for technology and sales. You possess a deep understanding of verification flows and methodologies, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-rich environment sets you apart. You are adept at fostering relationships with key decision-makers and have a knack for identifying and addressing customer needs. With a collaborative spirit, you excel in cross-functional teams and are always eager to drive business growth. You hold a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and bring over seven years of experience to the table. While previous experience in technical sales is a plus, your enthusiasm and expertise are your greatest assets.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for the Synopsys EDA tool suite, with a specific focus on the Verification Platform.
  • Collaborating closely with Account Managers and field engineering to drive business growth.
  • Creating and fostering relationships with key decision-makers on the customer side.
  • Conducting qualification and discovery meetings to understand how Synopsys Verification platform fits customer needs.
  • Driving technical campaigns for pointed solutions to the customers in collaboration with field engineering.
  • Representing customer needs to the Verification Technical Marketing team and Product Management.

What You'll Need:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7 years of experience in the EDA or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of verification flows and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovation-rich environment.
  • Passion for driving business growth and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Previous experience in technical sales is a plus.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of our Go To Market Group, dedicated to delivering high-value solutions and driving growth. You will work closely with Account Managers, field engineering, and other Technology Solutions Sales Managers to define and implement growth strategies. The team is focused on providing industry-leading solutions across the EDA software spectrum, with a specific emphasis on the Verification Platform.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
