Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager for an organization specializing in Private Equity. This is an opportunity to work along side a great manager who is looking to make their mark in the organization. You will be expected to manage financial statement reporting along with creating business process improvements.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and review staff accountant work in order to draft and prepare monthly financial statements
- Work closely with auditors in providing PBC items to meet audit timelines
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation
- Manage and execute ad hoc reporting requests from the director
- Assist with possible ERP conversion in 2026
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of experience with financial statement experience
- Public Accounting experience
- CPA (preferred)

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
