Were seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an international manufacturing company in Hagerstown, MD. This first-shift role oversees up to 20 maintenance professionals across three shifts, focusing on CNC machine maintenance and tool and die repair.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily maintenance operations and ensure CNC equipment is fully operational
  • Perform and oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machinery
  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and tool and die repair
  • Proven supervisory skills with strong leadership and communication abilities
