Director of Demand Generation - SAP

We seek an experienced Director of Demand Generation to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue for our SAP-focused solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, within the SAP ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and contribute to Syntax's success.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development : Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored to SAP solutions, targeting key industry verticals and market segments.
Campaign Management : Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, webinars, events, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Pipeline Growth : Work closely with sales and account teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives, focusing on generating qualified leads and accelerating the sales pipeline.
Analytics and Reporting : Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts, providing regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team.
Budget Management : Manage the demand generation budget, optimizing spend across channels to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of demand generation professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.

Qualifications :

7 years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, with a focus on technology solutions, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.

Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and their implementation in driving targeted marketing efforts.

In-depth understanding of marketing operations, with the ability to create processes, workflows, and Salesforce campaigns ensuring accurate attribution and measurement of marketing efforts.

Experience in collaborating with SAP to leverage their campaigns and assets, ensuring that all allocated funds are effectively utilized and maximized for optimal results.

Experience in collaborating with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to ensure they are well-informed about upcoming campaigns and messaging, enabling effective lead engagement and maximizing conversion opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withs cross-functional teams.

Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
