The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems and networking concepts, as well as excellent problem-solving skills to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on both Windows and Mac OS platforms.
- Manage computer systems, ensuring all devices are functioning optimally.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks.
- Offer desktop support to end-users, guiding them through technical challenges.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery and improve user experience.
Experience
- Proficiency in computer management and desktop support is essential.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts is a plus.
- Experience using IT service management tools such as Jira or Remedy is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

- Experience managing VMWare VM's and vCenter
- Experience in Ubiquiti UniFi
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience repairing and modifying computer hardware
