- Associate must have 4-6 years' experience in providing Desktop Support at customer location.
- Onsite Desktop support, Incident Management.
- Coordinate with Level 2, Level 3 remote support teams.
- Good English and local language communication skills.
- Good hands-on experience in troubleshoot day to day issues of windows, O365 and software deployment.
