Must Have Qualifications : Excellent communication written and verbal, Jira specifically reporting and strong JQL, Unix / Linux , business and technical Savvy, knows when to escalate, people engagement(approachable. welcoming, first in the room to introduce themselves, confidant). BA in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems - non-negotiable at this time. ServiceNow is highly preferred, prefer 3 years of experience.

Schedule : Some afterhours required on Thursday and Friday evenings, a few times a month, time will be compensated for alternate time within pay period.

Responsibilities :

• Technical Project Manager responsible for monthly software release management processes
• Focus on code quality, execution of manual regression testing and support automated Junit(s)
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and impacted users to coordinate environment change
• Point person for Incident Management including, communications, resolution and root cause analysis
• Create technical and knowledge documentation, define and drive new procedures
• Participate in on-call schedule (supporting Northern Virginia time zone), and other related management and technical duties
