Job Title - System Analyst

Location : Onsite 2 weeks per month in Durham, NC or Westlake, TX

Location : onsite 2 weeks per month in Durham, NC or Westlake, TX

The Health Care Technology Group (HCG) Team is looking to fill an interesting and challenging position

on its development team. As a Principle Software Engineer, you will be a senior member, encouraged to

supply to the technical leadership and center of competence within the HCG team. This includes :

  • Providing mentoring to the HCG team of developers and tech leads with specific emphasis on

sound fundamental development methodology.

  • Providing leadership on project development policies, procedures, standards and strategies.
  • Participating in the HCG team's effort to improve the efficiency and quality of the entire

    • development process.

    The Expertise You Have

  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years managing IT

    • projects / initiatives as a Systems Analyst.

  • Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or related fields)
  • Hands-on experience handling Systems Analysis for large complex applications, proposing Data

    • Model design changes and enable System Design changes working with Technical Leaders

  • Experience leading, influencing, and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across

    • multiple, diverse groups.

  • Good interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills

    • in technical and design discussions

  • Ability to analyze business problems and come up with solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve issues and work through ambiguous situations by

    • making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and judgment

  • Have a collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based on

    • organizational dynamics and constraints.

  • Triage technical issues - write SQL queries, look at test results, analyze and validate design etc.
  • Ability to successfully deliver large-scale product initiatives by empowering and supporting your

    • team and by helping to identify and remove impediments.

  • Ability to operate and influence in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills.
  • Desire to contribute to an organization committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
