Receptionist The Receptionist will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily business operations.
Essential Duties
- Answering and transferring inbound calls, while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance
- Properly noting the account and delegating tasks to the correct department
- Performing clerical office duties
- Retrieving incoming mail from local post office
- Sorting and scanning incoming mail to accounts.
- Ensuring office is neat and organized
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of computer skills and typing
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Effective and clear communication
- Dependable and Detailed individual with organizational skills
- Recommended 1 to 2 years experience in administrative and/or telephone communications
- Legal clerical experience is preferred
