Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Account Manager at Syra Health in Carmel, IN, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare clients in the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and addressing their workforce needs while exceeding client expectations. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and develop new client relationships within the Healthcare market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Recruit and Work with recruiting team to identify, screen, and present qualified candidates that align with client requirements
- Oversee the entire staffing process for assigned clients, including candidate onboarding, performance management, and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique business needs, challenges, and strategic goals.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement customized staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements.
- Advise clients on best practices for onboarding and retaining top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape within the healthcare workforce sector in the US Market
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development within the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in the US market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software.
