Job Overview
Our office is a family oriented dental office that treat adults and kids. We are unique in that we provide treatment for sleep apnea and TMJ therapy. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, SSC and pulpotomy and oral surgeries. Orthodontic care or aid in jaw development is a plus.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in all procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology and dental terminology relevant to the field.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental clinic or office setting.
- Experience with prosthodontics and oral surgery techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records accurately while ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique in clinical settings is essential.

Pay: $215,999.00 - $236,250.00 per year
