Job Overview:
The Project Manager & Service Manager will oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline, while also ensuring high-quality service and support to our clients. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing competing priorities and fostering collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities (Project Management):
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all components are implemented within the deadline and make any necessary adjustments.
- Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met while managing expectations.
- Monitor project progress and develop plans and schedules for field installations.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings and record updates on project list.
- Identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Responsibilities (Service Management):
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Manage and resolve service incidents and escalations, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely communication with clients.
- Identify and address root causes of recurring service issues, implementing preventative measures to improve service stability.
- Ensure the department delivers prompt, professional solutions for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Supervise and mentor service team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) preferred.
- Proven experience in both project management and service management roles. At least 5 years of experience is desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Client-focused and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of accessibility equipment is a plus
